There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 40(RES) was again before the House in third reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHJR 40(RES) pass the House?" HJR 40 Representatives Stoltze and Johansen added their names as cosponsors to: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) Opposing the proposed designation by the National Marine Fisheries Service of 3,000 square miles of upper Cook Inlet, the mid-inlet, all of the inlet's western shores, and Kachemak Bay as critical habitat for beluga whales.
